 Local Reiki practitioners offer mini-reiki treatments to anyone wanting to experience reiki energy.  Reiki is a light touch healing technique where practitioners transmit this universal healing energy via the hands.  The most common sensations experienced by the person receiving reiki are warmth/heat and relaxation.  No appts necessary, table (lying down) and chair (sitting) treatments are offered.

This SEVA - Stress Relief Acupressure Protocol was developed after Sept. 11, 2001 by Process Acupressure Practitioners to help people deal with stress.  SEVA is a Sanskrit work meaning service to those who are suffering.  This SEVA protocol is effective in bringing balance to the body in cases of stress or trauma.  Applying hand or finger pressure to specific conductive or energetic points on the body, acupressure enhances the free flow of the body's vital energy.  Acupressure helps the body to activate its own recuperative abilities and assists in diminishing congestion.

Belly Dance Workshop for Beginners with Ronda Tippie from 9:00-12:00pm, Cost is $25, limit 5 people.

Come explore an ancient art form that allows you to connect with your feminine side and learn a little about the history of the dance and the various cultures from which it originated.  A few basic moves and short routine will be taught.

Ronda has been bellydancing for approximately 5 yrs., has taught beginning bellydance and given several intro to belldance workshops.  Former member of two dance troupes, Gypsy Luna and Egyptian Mirage.
